Dublin, Texas is a rural community of almost 3,700 people, located on the rolling grassy plains of North Central Texas.

The economy of Dublin is based primarily in agriculture and Erath County is among the top milk producers in the state.

Dublin, by proclamation of the Texas House of Representatives, is the official “Irish Capital of Texas.”

Museums of Dublin

Major tourist attractions are the community’s museums including the Ben Hogan Museum, which tells the story of the child, the golfer, and the club manufacturer; Dublin Historical Museum, with vignettes of how we lived, worked, served and worshipped; and the Dublin Rodeo Heritage Museum, which features the World’s Championship Rodeo of the 40s and 50s when Gene Autry and Everett Colborn were owners.
